Private Home Care Services provides Alzheimer’s Care at home for senior citizens and adults suffering from dementia and memory loss. We create a custom service plan for 
each Client, allowing them to remain independent at home. Each Caregiver is specifically selected based on Client needs. Before starting service, the Caregiver is introduced to her Client and oriented to the Care Plan to ensure a smooth start.
Our Alzheimer’s Home Care Services include:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- 24/7 Live-In Care or Hourly Care (no minimums)
- Personal Care: including bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.
- Medication Reminder
- Meal Preparation / Nutrition
- Light Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Assistance with errands including Doctor’s appointments
We promote a social model of Caregiving, featuring Caregiver interaction with the Client throughout the day. In the case of advanced care, we have Caregivers specifically trained in cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer’s & Dementia, as well as fall prevention.
